Bayside Personal Training is for people looking for superior personal training, offering loads of variety, a challenge, fun and results.  At Bayside Personal Training you get a ‘studio’ feel with amazing facilities and spaces, all in a Bayside location.

Women’s fitness is a key part of my business and I am especially passionate about pre & post natal exercise, offering skills and facilities for Bayside Women to return to or commence exercise around having a baby.

Having been a PT for nearly 12 years, I know goals are individual and every BODY is different.  I deliver clients personalised care and support, to accelerate results, and most of all improve your wellness and quality of life.

Bayside Personal Trainings approach to exercise is based around physical activity and sessions using functional movements, that are actually relevant to our everyday lives.

Everyday life often requires us to do or participate in tasks including:

  • Running for a bus
  • Lifting children
  • Pushing a trolley around Bunnings or a car that won’t start
  • Carrying shopping bags upstairs when the lift is out
  • Hauling bags of garden mulch & general gardening
  • Participating in a community charity fun run
  • Placing bags in overhead lockers on planes
  • Participating in an impromptu ball game at a family picnic

Bayside Personal Trainings goal and hope is that ALL clients can participate and complete everyday tasks without effort or questioning their ability to do it.  There is no better feedback then when a client tells me that they completed a task they had never before achieved.  Especially when it was completed without even thinking or realising until afterwards.
