My first career was in sales & marketing but after ten years I decided I needed a career change.  My passion for fitness & health led naturally towards me becoming a personal trainer.  I trained & qualified in London, establishing a successful business there before returning to Melbourne in 2007.  Since then I have enjoyed living and working as a personal trainer in the Bayside area.
After having a child five years ago I realised very quickly that there are limited fitness opportunities for mums with young babies (without having to pay a gym membership).  Hence I have developed a special service within my business to cater for the needs of these women.
I also enjoy working with men and women all ages & fitness levels; and love a challenge.
My approach to personal training is to listen to the needs and goals of my client's and design sessions that will be fun and deliver results. I'll bring the skill, tools, encouragement and support to help you achieve your personal health & fitness goals (without any boot-camp yelling).  YOU bring a desire and commitment to be involved.
