For over 8 years Bayside Personal Training has had the pleasure of working with many first-time Bayside mums. In some cases they have now had two or three children. I offer all types of training for mums with bubs and the best bit is babies are welcome!
Of course having worked with so many women I have been able to become a very knowledgeable source of information and contacts to help local mums too. Everything from best local pram friendly cafes for mother’s group gatherings to baby whisperer recommendations.
We find a time that fits in with you, bub and feeding. You have the option to bring bub along in the pram / capsule and they can remain beside you while you workout.
This option is perfect if you know someone who has had a baby. Your babies don’t have to be the same age, it’s more about you both having similar goals and wanting to train with someone else. Sometimes I may already have a post-natal client who is looking for a training buddy so please ask if you are interested in this option.
This is a perfect option if you know a few local mums, or if your mother’s group is keen to participate in exercise together. It’s cost effective and usually done in a 6-10 week block. Help expand your social circle with other Bayside mums, sharing information, advice and experience’s. Ideal group size is 4.
