The best thing about PT with Sarah is every class is different & every class works you hard! After a long road to have my son, it was a longer road back to fitness for me post-natal and Sarah has played a pivotal role in that. Sarah’s classes helped me find my love of exercise again thanks to a supportive, relaxed environment along with a very knowledgeable and extremely dedicated trainer. | Sarah’s home studio in Highett is well equipped and private. The small group setting is collegial and intimate. While getting the benefit of group training, Sarah always caters for individual needs and I have confidence that I’m training safely.

I’ve been training with Sarah for a little under two years. Being a PE teacher for almost 40 years I was always concerned about PTs, especially the ones that I would see at the gyms – underqualified and totally inexperienced. I can confidently say Sarah knows her stuff. All her sessions are thought out carefully, never the same and adapted to suit different ages, medical needs, work or family schedules and abilities. Sarah knows her clients so well, even I can’t hide my weak upper body, which she is constantly encouraging me to improve, which on my own I would probably still choose not to. I am always asked why I don’t rejoin the gym as I stopped due to Covid and prefer to go to Sarah’s sessions…friendship, connections, flexibility, professionalism and kindness from Sarah would have to be just a few of the reasons why. I would highly recommend Sarah as a PT and hope that her business continues for many years to come!!! An absolute gem.
