Training with a friend, partner or family member means you share the Personal Training experience together. Often it is a great way to stay motivated and can be a way to feel more committed as you don’t want to let your training partner down. You do need to have similar goals for buddy sessions to work best, but you don’t necessarily need to be at the same fitness levels. My job is to challenge both clients in the session and ensure your needs and goals are being met. If you are interested in buddy training, but don’t have a buddy, contact me as sometimes I have clients wanting to be matched with someone.
