Personal Training is the fastest, easiest and most successful way to achieve your health and fitness goals. Sessions are personalised, focusing on your specific goals, fitness levels and any health issues you have.
My philosophy is about varied exercise. I like to design and deliver each client sessions that are fun, challenging, efficient and relevant to their daily lives; whilst achieving your personal goals and challenging or working within your abilities. This means my clients receive innovative and fun personal training sessions.
Sessions include: Cardio, Resistance and Functional Training, in order to get you moving efficiently, make you faster, better, stronger and achieve your fitness goals or conquer your weight loss or muscle gain goals.
I also have experience in remedial and corrective exercise to assist in addressing postural issues, body imbalances, injury rehabilitation and prevention and have established a solid relationship with many of the local Bayside therapists having worked in the area for so many years.
